A more traditional fudge

This is a classic fudge made with light soft brown sugar and icing sugar .

Sweet tooth? this is the one for you !

List of ingredients: Sugar, clotted cream, double cream, butter, glucose syrup, semi skimmed milk powder, cream powder, vegetable oil, potassium sorbate.

Chocolate fudges include; chocolate, cocoa butter, fat reduced cocoa powder, SOYA LECITHIN, cocoa, water.

All fudges contain vanilla extract.

All fudges are produced in an environment that handles nuts and gluten.

All fudges are made using Isle of Wight Butter, and Cream from a herd of Guernsey cows – extra creamy, this is my unique selling point.

Fudge usually stays fresh for 6-8 weeks depending on how it is stored (room temperature is recommended) over time fudge will lose its moisture and become firmer.

All our packaging has been plastic free since 2018.

Flavours can be mixed with 100g bars being the weight guideline.
